The name “Sahayithi” means Social Work in Sanskrit (Social Work for Women and Children & Community Development). Based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, Sahayithi Foundation works at the intersection of corporate POSH Act 2013 compliance, mental health recovery, vocational rehabilitation, and marginalized community upliftment.

- bEstablish, maintain, and support hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, counselling centers, eye camps, and medical relief institutions for the blind, sick, and suffering irrespective of religion, caste, or creed.
- ePromote, educate, and publish physical and mental health awareness among the general public, primarily in rural areas.
- hRender services in education, public physical and mental health, and medical relief to the deserving poor free of cost or at concessional rates.
